HH used to sing this creepy old folk song in Kindergarten. Every fall it gets stuck in our heads. We were sitting around a couple of weekends ago & decided to add a verse, make some sounds, and hit record. Thought we’d share it on the spookiest of days.
Last month, we got a message from Emily at Elva Fields asking us to design and print a limited edition postcard for her customers. We came up with this design, based on the inspiration for her fall collection: a traditional Shaker song about simplicity & iconic Shaker artwork.
We were happy with how it turned out & working with Emily was a real treat. We even took a little day trip to Taylorsville, Kentucky to drop off the cards and to check out her studio.
